Direct booking, if you cancel 48 hours before arrival, you will get a 50% refund. If canceled 24 hours before arrival, it is non-refundable. Refund conditions may vary at Booking.com and/or AirBnB

How do I book?

You can book directly via our booking form, or via Booking.com or Airbnb.

What amenities are available?

WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, heating and air conditioning, free toiletries, towels, balcony with a view.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, a washing machine with dryer is available.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM. Or as agreed

Is a self check-out possible ?

Yes, self check-out after 10:00 AM is possible by agreement. It involves leaving the keys in the designated spot, ensuring appliances are off, windows and doors are secured, and notifying the owner of departure.

Can you issue an invoice for accommodation to a company?

Yes, I can provide an invoice with all necessary details upon request.

What is the city tax? Why is it mandatory?

The city tax is a lodging tax in the city of Košice, amounting to €3.50 per person over 18 years old per night. We are required to collect this tax from guests and then forward the full amount to the city of Košice.
